Buy Now Model
Products using the Buy Now payment model can be purchased with no intervention from the seller during the process.
1. Select item you'd like to purchase, select your options and quantity, then click on the Buy Now button. The item will be added to your shopping cart.
2. Click on "Continue Shopping" to return to the shop and find more items, or click on "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your purchase.
3. Select a shipping method. Enter your shipping address. Select payment method.
4. If you pay with GCASH or PayPal, your order is complete and your items can be delivered to you within 24-48 hours, depending on your location. If you elected to pay via bank deposit the order is not yet complete. Refer to the order status box at the top of the page for instructions on how to make your payment.
5. Payment will be verified by Multiply. You will automatically be notified of any updates to the status of your delivery.
6. To review your order, or contact the seller, look for the message in the Orders section of the Inbox.
7. Enjoy! Your feedback and confirmation of receiving the item is greatly appreciated.
The Invoice payment model allows for interaction between the seller and
the shopper before the order is finalized.
1. Submit a custom message on your Inquiry Form (see link at the left side of the Stock Room), it is displayed at the top of the Submit Inquiry form.
2. Wait for our reply, usually takes 24-48 hrs.
3. When concerns and inquiries have been addressed, and place your final orders.
4. Invoice will be sent. We may add or remove products from the order, and adjust prices and quantities as necessary. You will be made aware of these changes in your invoice.
5. Order Confirmation will be sent together with your total.
6. Enter total, including shipping charges, if any.
7. Send payment through preferred payment method.
8. After payment confirmation, orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
