Drop Shipping
Drop Shipping is a method without having to stock your purchased
merchandise. With this method, after your shopper has purchased through you or
your online store, you place an order with us for the
merchandise, providing us with your customer's name and shipping information. We will then use the
information you provided to ship the product to your customer. We can package the product with your
name and address on the package so the customer never knows the difference. We will charge
you with the reseller price plus shipping, which you have already received
from your customer. Please always double check the price of your customers
shipping fee and the courier of their choice and the ones we offer.
Wicked
Drops shall be granted by the reseller with a period of 15 days of allowable
delay with constant update and notification from us and will not be held
responsible whether directly
or indirectly, fire, explosion, strike, freight embargo, Act of God, civil
disturbance, act of any government, de jure or de facto, or agency or official
thereof, material or labor shortage, transportation contingencies, unusually
severe weather, default of any other manufacturer or a supplier or
subcontractor, quarantine, restriction, epidemic, or catastrophe, lack of
timely instructions or essential information from Distributor, or otherwise
arisen out of causes beyond the control of Wicked Drops. Nor shall Wicked Drops
at any time be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages.
Return/ Exchange Policy

in agreement with the stated conditions below.
Return/exchange is only valid within 3
working business days after purchase.
Wicked Drops guarantees that your orders
are properly packed and undergoes rigorous inspection prior to shipping to
avoid damage during transport. Please be reminded if the merchandise is
pre-owned, we provide pictures of the flaws and different angles of the item.
We rate our bags and other merchandise in accordance to our Item Condition
Table (see table below). Each item for sale has its own corresponding product
description that includes the price, size, color, and other details. Therefore,
it is the reseller’s responsibility to check each photo and read the
specified details carefully. We try
to show the exact condition of the item and we do not enhance or edit photos
with intention to improve the condition of our merchandise. We use a
high-resolution camera and we present the photos on different lighting such as
with flash, w/o flash or in broad daylight to get a more actual look of the
color and condition of the item. However, please note that due to limitations
in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings plus, the
color and quality shown in the photos may not correspond 100% to the actual
items. Nevertheless, we do try to provide you with images in the best way we
can, if still unsatisfied with the photos, we can send more photos upon
request.
The merchandise in subject for return or
exchange must be returned to us COMPLETE, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, BRAND NEW or
in EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION as it was bought from us. We will not accept any
returns/exchange and shall consider the item used once the tag has been removed
or as stated otherwise. Chosen item for replacement should be of the same value
or higher. Should you choose an item of higher value, the difference should be
paid before your new purchase. If the reseller does not like any of the
available products, your payment will be kept as store credit and can be used
anytime you wish, accumulating to the total amount returned, except if you are
entitled for a refund.
Refunds are given for purchased items that
have factory defect, or are damaged upon purchase and if and only, we cannot
provide replacement or if there are no available stock for return/exchange. We
do not provide refunds for other reasons such as buyer’s remorse, change of
heart and any other alibis alike. Nevertheless, in order to provide better
customer service, we are open for discussion regarding your other issues
concerning refunds.
However, if such an unfortunate event
happens, if it were proven that an item purchased from us is a counterfeit, we
will refund your payment. An undesired counterfeit incident is the only
accepted reason that we grant full refund. We will contact and arrange with you
regarding how you would prefer to collect your refund.
Moreover, items for exchange may be
replaced with the same model but of another stock, depending on its
availability. If the merchandise is to be returned/exchanged through freight,
note that the merchandise is under your accountability. Please pack the item
well so that it won't get damaged during shipping otherwise any damage
resulting from transport will cancel your request for return/exchange. We will
not shoulder fees for return shipping except for situations that we are at
fault.
We
do not accept return/exchange for pre-orders.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept
return/exchange for accessories/ jewelries such as earrings, pierces, cosmetics
and any other personal or intimate merchandise.
Furthermore, if
the goods arrive fortuitously faulty, please email and contact us within 3
business days. Failure to do so forfeits your right to return/exchange the
merchandise. We will be in contact with you to discuss your concern,
availability of stocks and any extra costs that you are required to pay.
Nevertheless, requests for full refund/return/exchange is subject to proper
investigation, discretion and further judgment on the part of our technical
support team, brand specialists and the seller. Please allow 7-14 days for us
to receive and process your return.
Warranty and Repair
For warranty and repair, please allow up
to two weeks for examination and inspection.
For cameras, gadgets and electronics
purchased from Wicked Drops, we offer:
One-week
replacement
This is only valid for items proven to be damage or defective
upon
purchase.
NOTE: Dead pixels are excluded from this warranty. Dead pixels are inspected before shipping and upon meet-ups.
One-month
shop warranty
Wicked Drops will shoulder repair fees on units that are faulty
or if found to be with factory defects. However, improper use and mishandling
of items will not be covered by the warranty in addition to damages resulting
from flood, earthquakes or fires. Cleaning is not part of this warranty.
One
year service warranty
Wicked Drops will no longer shoulder any fees for repairs on
units and any parts. This warranty does not also cover shipping costs, product
appearance, or damages caused by accident, abuse, alteration, or misuse and
exposure to dust, dirt sand, and water.
Wicked Drops does not offer any warranty
for water-damage incidents including water resistant cameras and other related
items. Warranty and repair services offered by Wicked Drops are subject to the
discretion, proper investigation, and further judgment on the part of the
seller and our technical support team. Wicked
Drops shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting
from omissions or inaccuracies in the products regardless of how it was caused.
We do not warrant that access to the Products will be free from errors or
faults. In the event of a fault, you shall notify Wicked Drops by telephone,
electronic mail or in writing and we shall use reasonable efforts to correct
those faults or errors reported by you. (See
return & exchange policy).
Reservation
Reservations are valid only for 2 days. We
do not charge any reservation fee.
Special Orders
Feel free to contact us if you are
interested with any particular style/brand that we do not have on stock. We
will see what we can do and if possible, show you pictures that we may get from
our suppliers and sources. We will give you a quotation and how long it will
take before the item is on-hand. If you decide to purchase it, we will require
50% cash deposit.
An acknowledgment of the received payment
shall be provided to the client to assure his/her deposit has been made. No
special order shall be processed without this.
Trading Policy
Wicked Drops accepts trade-in’s depending on the style/model of the merchandise. However, please note that
we usually only accept trade-ins if we find it saleable or if we have or find a
client currently interested. Price varies from the condition, model and value
of the item. Wicked Drops has the right to refuse any trade-ins offered.
Consignment
Policy
If you wish to sell us a product, you may
email us and send us photos of the merchandise. Please make sure the photos are
clear, shown in different angles, especially if the item has any flaws. Include
details such as accessories, what comes with your item, and your offer. If we
are interested, we will contact you.
Same policy applies for consigning an
item. However, the consignee must leave the item with us for at least 2 weeks.
The consignee must inform us two days before pulling out the stock.
Acknowledgment, descriptions, and photos
shall be taken and signed upon receiving the item to avoid any confusion on the
condition of the item before and after the consignment period.

Reseller Responsibilities and Management
Reselling can be done offline or online. However
the reseller wishes to sell the merchandise is out of Wicked Drops
responsibility. The reseller may print catalogues and use our photos.
In consideration of the reseller’s use of the products, resellers agree to:
Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about themselves as
prompted by the order form. Maintain and promptly update their registration
data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If the Reseller provides
any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Wicked
Drops has reasonable grounds (at its sole discretion) to suspect that such
information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Wicked Drops has
the right to suspend or terminate the resellers association and refuse any and
all current or future relation (or any portion thereof) with us.
AGREEMENT
As a condition for reselling our merchandise, you -“ the reseller,
agree that you will not use the merchandise for any purpose that is unlawful or
prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Wicked Drops reserves the
right at any time to disclose any information, as we deem necessary, to satisfy
any applicable policy, regulation, legal process, or to edit, refuse to post or
to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the sole
discretion of Wicked Drops.

Release of Information
(a)
Seller shall not publicly disclose any
information concerning any aspect of the materials, prices, suppliers or
services relating to this agreement without the approval of Wicked Drops.

Confidentiality
of Information
(a) Under
this agreement, Wicked Drops requires that the reseller given access to confidential
technical, or financial information belonging to Wicked Drops or other parties
involving us, the seller, shall after receiving thereof, treat such information
as confidential and agrees not to disclose any of the information to its own
use or to reveal such information to third parties unless specifically
authorized by Wicked Drops.
(b) The reseller obtains an agreement, through
every order placed through the order form, multiply shopping cart, and email
sent to Wicked Drops,, the reseller agrees that he will not discuss, divulge or
disclose any such information or data to any person or entity except those
persons within those directly concerned with Wicked Drops.
«WORK
SCHEDULE
Wicked
Drops is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 8:00pm. We do try our best to get in
back to your inquiries, orders, and other concerns as fast as we can. Please
follow our details regarding shipping and inquiries below. Resellers must adopt
our work schedule and must work out shifts acceptable to their own clients and
business. At instants that you need to talk or contact us as immediately,
search through our contact link and feel free to use any of the reference
provided, once we get your message, trust that you will get a reply with
24-32hours. At times that we may go on site maintenance, we will send you a
notification.
INSPECTION OF PRODUCTS
RESELLER SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LIABILITY AND RELATED
EXPENSES, 24 HOURS AFTER THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
The reseller shall perform, provide and maintain an inspection
system immediately upon receiving his orders. The reseller must set standards
acceptable to his own clients and market. Records and notifications of all
inspection work performed by the reseller shall be maintained and made
available through email or text stating that all items have been checked and
clear of any flaws, faults or damage. These records should be made available to
both parties during current transactions, deals and for as long afterwards as
the business association with Wicked Drops requires.
When our company delivers the merchandise personally, Wicked Drops will
conduct an inspection during the handover of products at the extent practicable
for both parties, at all places and times to assure all items are in good
condition.
COST AND PAYMENTS
When approved as Wicked
Drops reseller, we will send you a pricelist through email. Please do not
forget that this is a confidential matter and is particularized in this
agreement. Wicked Drops does not charge any membership fee for resellers,
however we do require minimum quantity of order per item as specified in the
pricelist. The required quantity per order is compulsory in order to avail the
reseller price. Nevertheless, Wicked Drops is open to offers or price and
quantity adjustments. Adjustments on prices would vary if you wish to order
less of the minimum quantity required of an item and by purchasing beyond the
required quantity of another item.
Wicked Drops have
the right to refuse any requests for adjustments and offers given by the
resellers. Not all items are valid for price and quantity adjustments.
All payments are
to be made in cash and upon purchase.
PRICING POLICY
Wicked Drops shall provide resellers a
pricelist and allow resellers to retail their merchandise according to ours.
However, we do not allow resellers to price their merchandise lower than what
we offer to the public, by refusing to follow this, either openly or covertly,
Wicked Drops will withdraw the reseller approval of reselling our merchandise
and will terminate all business transactions with them.
We will provide resellers with our retail
price based on vending the lowest price available in the market. Nonetheless resellers
can mark up their merchandise according to their own assessment.
Wicked Drops always aims to keep the reseller
profitable and to maintain a recommended retail price (RRP) to the public. Although
we often offer the lowest price to the market, Wicked Drops does not intend to
compete with the reseller too fiercely on retail. Our resale price maintenance enables us to recoup our
additional costs, ensures fair returns and refraining the reseller’s
from worrying driving down profits for them.
The reseller prices given are not valid with
combination of promotions, discount, coupon codes and sale. Wicked Drops will have sole discretion as to what reseller price,
discount, sale is applicable
for all merchandise.
Wicked Drops does
not take commission from the reseller profit and sales.
Termination
The stated
policies are grounds for termination of authorization to resell merchandise
from Wicked Drops and the dismissal of all business transactions with us.
The Reseller shall purchase merchandise from Wicked
Drops for the purpose of reselling or to establish the connection for the sale
of the merchandise to final customers and not for personal use.
The resellers should not price their
merchandise lower than what Wicked Drops offer to the public.
Signs of inactivity or 3-6 consecutive months without contact with Wicked Drops after requesting prices for specific merchandise or delayed posting (online), will terminate all affiliations with us.
The misuse of
any merchandise obtained from Wicked Drops or any element of it to create any imitative
work, product or service, or to associate any of our merchandise with any other
products, service.
Any
association in the procedure of altering, modify, transform, or change any content,
ingredients, directions, facts, materials, components, and the like or any
element of a merchandise obtained from Wicked Drops without authorized approval
from the trademark or the legal distributor.
To undertake,
conceptualize and participate any activity which may have a damaging effect on
our or any of our ability and reputation to achieve revenue through selling and
marketing our merchandise.
Failure or
malfunction of Wicked Drop’s
merchandise resulting wholly or to any negative extent because of the resellers
negligence, operational error, ignorance or any other misuse, mishandling, or
abuse. Especially due to the failure of the reseller to implement
recommendations previously advised by us in respect of or solutions for faults
in any of our merchandise.
The
modification of any product or its merger with any other program or any
maintenance, repair, adjustment, alteration, or enhancement of any product by
any person other than us, the trademark or the authorized legal distributor.
Use of Products and Merchandise
In consideration of the payments made by you, and subject to you
observing the obligations under this Agreement, we grant you access to the merchandise
purchased via our website under the following conditions:
Each product
is not limited solely to you and is transferable and can be extend to any other
person, employer, subsidiary or parent organizations, or to any other related
or affiliated organizations. You may assign, sub-license, transfer, change or
otherwise dispose of your own rights under this Agreement and with prior notice
to us for consent. However, the reseller must create their terms &
conditions, agreement and policy in whole or in partial conforming to this
agreement.
Resellers do
not own any information or printed from our product pages, emails or website.
You shall use your best efforts to safeguard the intellectual property,
confidential information, and proprietary rights of Wicked Drops.
Unless
stated that we shall provide, resellers are responsible for the provision of
and payment services necessary for access to the products purchased. We shall
not issue credits or refunds, replacement and returns against charges incurred
by you in relation to our merchandise that is incurred from their own customer.
The reseller accepts that Wicked Drops have no control over any of their own
customer conflict they may have and we shall have no liability to the customers
for the acts or omissions of the reseller or for faults in or failures of their
merchandise.
The use of
any product, or any element of it is supplied in accordance with this Agreement
in a manner that would not infringe the copyright or other proprietary rights
contained within it.
Warranty
Wicked Drops
shall not be liable to the reseller for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting
from omissions or inaccuracies in the products regardless of how it was caused
for upon delivery of items, we provide an inspection of the items and waiver
stating that all are items are received complete and under good condition. When
shipped out, the items go through intensive examination to assure of any
defect, damages and faults. In the event of a fault, you shall notify Wicked
Drops by mobile, SMS, telephone, electronic mail or in writing and we shall use
reasonable efforts to correct those faults or errors reported by you.
We shall not
be liable for any claim arising from:
Any failure
or malfunction resulting wholly or to any material extent from your negligence,
error, or any other misuse or abuse of any product; The failure
by you to implement recommendations previously advised by us in respect of, or
solutions for, faults in any product; The modification
of any product or its merger with any other merchandise or any maintenance,
repair, adjustment, alteration, or enhancement of any product by any person
other than us;
GENERAL
Reseller Requirements
- Must have an existing online shop with convincing amount of clients/ physical shop
- Must submit a Reseller Form.
Relationship of Parties Success
The relationship between the parties
established by this Agreement shall be solely that of vendor and vendee and all
rights and not expressly granted to the reseller are expressly reserved to the Wicked
Drops. The reseller shall have no right, power or authority in any way to bind
the Wicked Drops to the fulfillment of any condition not herein contained, or
to any contract or obligation, expressed or implied.
Independence of Parties
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall
be construed to make the reseller the agent for Wicked Drops for any purpose,
and neither party shall have any right whatsoever to incur any liabilities or
obligations on behalf or binding upon the other party. The reseller
specifically agrees that it shall have no power or authority to represent the
Company in any manner; that it will solicit orders for products as an
independent contractor in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and that
it will not at any time represent Wicked Drops in any manner; and that it will
not at any time represent orally or in writing to any person or corporation or
other business entity that it has any right, power or authority not expressly
granted by this Agreement.
Wicked Drops may
terminate, change, suspend and discontinue any aspect of this website including
the availability of any features of this site at anytime without prior notice; Wicked
Drops serves the right, at its sole discretion to change or modify, add or
remove any portion of this policy in whole or in part, at anytime without prior
notice; Wicked Drops also serves the right, to change in whole or in part, and
all contents of this site as a shop including prices, merchandise, promos,
pre-order schedules and shipping schedules anytime without prior notice.
Your continued
use of this site after any changes to this policy are posted will be considered
as an acceptance of the said changes.
INDEMNITY
The reseller agrees to hold the Wicked
Drops free and harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses of every
kind or nature whatsoever (a) arising from acts of the reseller; (b) as a
direct or indirect consequence of termination of this Agreement in accordance
with its terms; or (c) arising from acts of third parties in relation to
products sold to the reseller under this Agreement, including, but not limited
to execution of liens and security interests by third parties with respect to
any such products.
You agree to
indemnify and hold harmless all the staff behind Wicked Drops and us with
respect to any and all demand and against all claims, damages, liabilities,
costs, judgments, settlements, and expenses, investigations, including legal
fees arising from the breach of this terms and conditions.
You also agree
to indemnify and hold harmless all the staff behind Wicked Drops and us against
all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal fees, in
the event of any allergic reactions, infections and or irritations manifested
from the use of the products that are not limited to fabric, clothe, lenses,
cosmetic and its material and contents and all the merchandise that we sell.
Wicked Drops and
I, together with the manufacturers, suppliers made sure that all products we carry
and sell are authentic, in topmost perfect condition, safe and non-toxic, and
or non-hazardous when properly used and cared for.
FORCE
MAJEURE
Our failure
to perform any term or condition of this Agreement as a result of conditions
beyond our control such as, but not limited to strikes, floods, governmental
restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction of any network
facilities or services, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.
Completion
of the partner application does not imply that you have been accepted into the
Program.
By
submitting a reseller order form you are applying for the Wicked Drops
Wholesale/Reselling Program. Therefore, you agree to be bound by all of the
terms and conditions below.
